I find the theory pretty interesting about the non-finished pentagram, I haven't heard about it before. When I saw the shirt at the end of the clip, I had to think of Linkin Park, in an interview they said how important it was for them to have the circle unfinished. But it's off-topic, sorry. It just somehow reminded me.
Are there any unfinished pentagrams around us? Do they use it?

Ai Weiwei designed an Olympic stadium purely out of artistic insight and I think it has nothing much to do with "unfinished pentagrams".
Its like saying the roots of a tree are evil because it looks like a den of rattle snakes.

The thing still looks horrible. What they call art these days never ceases to amaze me....

I like the pentagram theory tho, there is no such thing as coincidence and at the end of the day the bloody thing is covered with pentagrams...

Whether the 'artist' knowingly did this or not is irrelevant... the symbolism is there...

People like artists writers and film makers need to be careful about what they manifest. They never are, people do anything for money including making sick movies and books about murder as a form of entertainment.....

You make a very good point there. Most art emerges from the creators' subconscious awareness of what stimulates the process. You see a lot of it in mainstream music today eg. the emo movement indirectly responding to apathy etc.
Thoughts manifest into reality and what not..

I can't actually find the advert on youtube or anywhere on the internet but it exists trust me. Maybe some of you have seen it. It might be for mastercard or something but it basically shows big ben, the eiffel tower and another famous landmark built to represent the phallic symbol and then after showing those three its shows the illuminated beijing olympic stadium and it looks just like a womb to me. I was smoking at the time but I noticed the blatant symbolism on display in this advert.

Don't know much about the games really, the year of the rat one was interesting; it was a dragon holding a flaming basketball and is out maneuvering a rat. The Dragon represents the year 2012 and the Rat 2008. This olympic games and the next in 2012, with the 2012 games dominant over this. This is only relevant though depending on what you believe is going on in 2012 and the games. After all, the dragon is more representative of China than a rat!

I was going to say to don´t be so paranoic, you know it could be just a snake, nothing more... but when I looked at the symbol I definitely didn´t see a snake, I saw a spermatozoid :p hauhau knowing that follows the chinese calendar is interesting, I didn´t now....
