Looks like Phoenix Probe is an expensive repeat of Viking. the below link is from about 29 years ago.So basicly they are rehashing antcent information and waisting US tax payers money on this Phoenix Probe.

I reckon the face is fake, It's ment to distract people from other hard evidence. like those tunnel things? And vegatation, plus domes and Inca citys etc...
