I am me and me is here. Friday is Goju training for me so I have not been home very long. I need not have bothered tonight. We do alot of sparring and with my head elsewhere at the moment I sparred like a twat and consequently got duffed up a bit. Should have stayed home. I hope you've all had a better evening than I. :)
