dreams meanings?

I had a dream a couple of nights ago where I was pulling my teeth out , I am sure this is supposed to symbolise something.... any ideas?

Don't want to bring a dampener but I'd always heard that was to do with the loss of a loved one or a close relative. I've had that dream too, and it did pan out that way as well.

I have just looked it up on various sites generally the main thoughts are

Fear of getting old , sexual impotency or losing attractiveness

losing face , lying or being lied to

puting faith in man as opposed to god

or a change in life i.e menapause or its quite common in teenagers

witch doctors say it means prosperity.

personally I would rather people heres personal opinions or anybody who analysis dreams ,you go to random sites and you dont no what blarney they put out;)

I can feel many parts of my old self changing maby that is the death or change

Ah, dreams. Always fun to have a go at working out what they mean. Not seriously but for fun often I come up with ideas about dreams that are amusing to some people. Perhaps it literally means there is something in your life at the moment that you're finding difficult to "chew" (as in, take in, absorb, prepare for digestion....such as ideas or trails going on for you at the moment). Or there is that saying that someone is "toothless". You know, perhaps feeling unsure about your ability to carry through with something at the moment in youf life? We tend to see teeth as things of power, especially as they once were of course. Biting into something literally, getting a firm hold on whatever it is and not letting go. Perhaps it has something to do with doubt, and not feeling ready to sink your teeth into it?

I think I will start writing down dreams in the morning to see if I can make sense of them , I have a few regular ones that reoccur , its something I look forward to going to sleep for:cool:

i had two recurring dreams when i was a kid i remember always dreaming i was going up a yellow road up a mountainside or something and it was getting hotter all the time the road was really hot as well until i could'nt go any further that was always a horrible one.The other was a marvellous sense of weightlessness and being able to just float above the ground and fly about really fast high or low but mostly just skimming about low over my home town that one was always exhilerating and i woke up feeling unbeleivably happy and powerful.

I remember a dream from about 3 years ago. Michael Jackson staged his own suicide live on TV where he strapped himself into some sort of 'hotchair' and melted himself alive. You could see his face melting and all sorts. y'know i remember at the time telling someone and I had no understanding of it atall. I hate to say this but the less logical side of my brain tells me that this wouldnt be impossible- unforunatly for Jacko.
