Most of us have heard the theory that the pictures of the surface of Mars that we see are really pictures of the Australian desert. I'm going to sit on the fence for now but things look pretty suspicious.

Theres something weird going on here , thats for sure.
My guess is that NASA doesn't want to show us whats on the surface of Mars.
It reminds me of the British ' Beagle 2 ' probe that is supposed to have landed on Mars on Christmas Day 2003 , but which failed to make contact. However there were initial reports of transmissions being picked up from Beagle 2 and then these disappeared from the press.
My belief is that Beagle 2 did actually land on the Mars' surface , but what it found couldn't be released to the public by NASA.

Yeah , but NASA could easily have worked that one out too. It took the guy who made the documentaries one email to find out parachutes don't work above 15,000 feet : well , NASA could easily have asked a skydiver about the height that parachutes open and covered themselves on this point.
Thats why its weird. Maybe they really are dropping probes on Mars using parachutes , in which case what does that say about the Martian atmosphere ?

great! nice stuff. sure was fake. If I say my theories I will sound like I am not being serious, but I definitely agree they faked the missions.
go on, ask me my theories :)
