Or as David says, the craft changes its frequency/vibration so only certain people can see it, though wouldn't that mean they have adjusted some of the witness’s visual spectral range and not others!...............

I've had sightings where I can see the UFO but others cannot........

I had that experience a few years back and for years thought it must've been a hallucination. Now I know it was not. In fact I've had many sightings of strange phonomena, often in the daylight, that may or may not be UFOs, but what has always surprised me is the complete lack of interest from passers-by in what it could be. The example in the Rense article is a more extreme example, but I wonder, is it part of the collective hypnosis that the human rae is under most of the time?
