Are they trying to condition us to seeing this and excepting it, you know, to not be able t otell the difference betweeen ~real~ or ~fake~....

This is the thing though....how are we meant to tell whats a real ufo and whats not? None of us have ever seen a real ufo in order to have some kind of reference to say that looks fake!! Im not saying it is real im jut saying as it looks to me it looks very convincing, could be a hologram, might not be, could be a ufo might not be....how would we ever know? In all honesty i could say anything i see on you tube or any photo of anything 'looks like its photoshopped'....

Why is the kid or whoever is filming, tilting the bloody camera? Argh annoying.

Doesnt look like anything complex to me, katherine wheels (fireworks) look like that.

All videos on the internet cannot be trusted now. You need to see the raw footage directly from the camera to be able to make any judgement about it. It's sad, but true, what with the capabilities of today's video FX software. :(

Indeed and I have no idea what that thing is, but it did look real for some reason. Voice of that kid seemed strangely reassuring to.

Lets look at some facts, when the camera moves, the object stays the same relative to the scenery, even when he zooms out it retains position!

If any of you think you can easily do that in photoshop LOL be my guest!
You would have to have movement meassuring software and even then it's hard!

Lasers? Maybe, but what is the motive, to impress some kid?

To me it reminds me of something generated with lasers or has a similar "luminosity" to an animated hologram I saw on some video from a trade show showing the James Web Telescope (I think its called). Holograms are generated from laser light also

Yeah true- it could well b lasers but i went to a laser light show and have seen a few lasers projcted at the sky in my time and they all require clouds in order to reflect the lasers image, in this footage of the 'ufo' as it leaves it goes up and behind a cloud, if it was a laser would it not reflect off that cloud in front??

When I saw laser stuff in the past it usually needed some kind of substrate like dry ice or something to be seen. But as far as I know holograms work different but have that same kind of lighting effect to them. If you look at that Japanese water monster thing in the video above its not projected on anything, its just there. Or also this one:

well i thought in the japanese water one the image was sought by using the water mist that was in the air as a result of the water spurt just before the hologram starts??

The kate moss thing looks like its encased in a glass pyramid ;)

That's the problem, SFX is so good nowadays that anything can be faked!

The only thing left is to question the motiv and research the situation, personally I just don't see military staging expensive events in middle of nowhere for a kid and his mother to capture on a cell phone.

But everything is possible I guess :)
