It's just another mineral, albeit a rare one. It doesn't come from the planet Krypton :D

Yes but unfortunately it doesn't hold any special powers and it is white not green.

1) most minerals/crystals comes in various colours and so does kryptonite

2) how can you tell what power it holds or doesn't hold, it has barely been analyzed and already you're an expert.

3) the moral of the story was; you make a movie about a mineral with a fictional composition and suddenly you find just that in nature.

As most are probably aware a man named phil schneider held severel seminars in which he unveiled ET elements, minerals and metals, imo yet more evidence that Hollywood is based upon occult and escoteric principles, i.e star wars Sith-Seth and Jedi-Djedi...
