"Brown FORCES Queen to sign Britain over to Europe!"
Here we go again, the lovely innocent, can't do anything wrong, Queen is being held to ransom again by a Stalinist New Labour regime:rolleyes:

Obviously someone at the Express has never understood the sequence of policy under a Parliamentry system. The Queen opens each Parliamentry session with the State Opening, followed by the Queen's Speech in the House of Lords, which sets out policy for the coming years session, as planned by Chatham House. The politicians then debate the details; in no way do they have any authority to do anything but what the Queen, and the RIIA have laid out.
