In the bible, satan made himself as a snake, and enlighten us.
Many stories of archaic tribes have depicted a snake has the the enemy of the monkey, man.
Now, I'm just throwing a bone in here, but...
Is it possible that perhaps the snake isn't our enemy, but rather, the illuminati may be trying to put us against the snake? Make us enemies?

well, here is a thought..
the snake is our companion. it is a member of the animal life of the planet and so are we. it has its own qualities and purpose as every other living being in the universe.
we combine lots or even all of the elements of the animal life (the life "on land" that is) in equilibrium and we are a product of the universe as much as the snake and the cat and the parrot is. for example, there cannot exist man in his present form, without snakes existing. it's all a natural process.
also, all animals life is thoroughly connected with plant life and all other forms of life, even rocks and of course water. there can't be animals without water, there can't be trees without water, all these can't be without earth, without sun, without stars, without universe.
anyway, sometimes i think that what we are, as biological entities and form, is a sum total of qualities of many different forms of life. take for example a giraffe and combine it with a chimpanzee and you got a giraffanzee, a new species (that does not exist, it's for the sake of the argument). in the same way, we are humans! humans did not exist before any other animal or plant or bird in this world, we are the latest product here, or so it seems.
"so it seems", because maybe there is a newer product, that we are not currently aware of, that we play a big role in creating it.
we can see and analyze our DNA and find that it has too little differences with any other DNA in our world. we literally share the whole world, the whole universe, all this stuff with each other and with everything that exists, in such scale, that we actually are everything that exists and any separation seems like nothing but an illusion existing in all minds, human or not. for the purpose of experiencing individuality as mind. even the fetus is exactly the same in all animals, until in a "magic" way it decides to shape itself properly into its desired form.
