Hey guys!

I was just wondering, pure curiousity really, what are you doing? Not as in "just now, this very moment", let me explain myself. Most people I've met, that are into this kinda "stuff", seems to treat it as an amusing thing to read about, they find it intriguing and what not. And by all means its a fascinating subject to an extent, but there comes a time (i think) when you can't find it fascinating anymore. Instead you feel sickened by the way things work (the system), the politics, even social interactions. The proof of the brainwashing is all around you, probably majority of your friends, family and work colleagues are brainwashed. It seems to me that most conspiracy "fans" are just that, fans... but not necessarily true believers. IF you believe, then how can you just sit around do sod all? presuming, of course, that you're not actively doing something about it.

So with that explanation... what are you doing? if you're not doing anything- why? how do you deal with it all? Etc.

Hi Daniel, good first post..

I try to effect change over the things that I have control of. Firstly working on myself and also creating a positive and loving environment for my family.
Only by doing this do I believe or rather know it is possible to effect change in the wider world, this is what Icke refers to as changing the reflection in the mirror.

Excellent post Daniel.

I have made this exact point previously that certain people dabble in conspiracy theories and the occult but once they are faced with a piece of information that could radically alter their world view or mindset they turn and flee rather than be transformed by it.

Or then there are people who will go to great lengths to try and debunk certain information offered by David Icke and others not because they are disinfo agents but simply because they can't handle the truth and fear the implications of such information on their limited conceptions of reality.

Yeah, that's what gets to me, if all the people that are "into" conspiracies etc. would actually try and do something about it, then MAYBE something would happen. but alas, they won't.

Personally, I'm obviously trying to get involved here, just helping out a bit on the forum, and also other Icke related stuff. Then I have my own philosophy, which I know is impossible to live by completely, because there are so many other factors involved (the ignorant masses), but Ive figured that I should try my best, and the way I'm living will inspire others, and the more people believe in the basic stuff, then we can move on, because it will clear the way for other concepts.

The world is changing one person at the time, but to be honest... I would ideally just sit back, relax, and do nothing but drinking coctails on a beach and reading a good novel etc. Unfortunately the way the world is changing is preventing that from happening, and the even sadder thing is that most people don't realise it. In London, where I am, you cant live a day without seeing our rights swirling down the drain. Some people speak up about it, "surveillance society is bad", but that's about as eloquent as they get. Inevitably 1984 is mentioned by the more educated. BUT THEN you have the majority saying that it's so much better with all the cameras watching us, because that will make us safe. Which is complete BS, you will still get mugged. And all those new police officers patrolling the streets, only problem being that there was nothing to justify the increase in police officers, so they had to fill quotas of arrests etc. So that they could prove they needed more officers. Two of my friends have been arrested, put in cells overnight and then fined for 80 quid... FOR SWEARING IN PUBLIC! (two separate friends and occasions, they were both talking to their respective friends and used "inappropiate" words) Hooray for the police who makes our streets safer. I mean, just imagine the damage they could've caused had they been left alone. I for one feel safe. Like the time they stormed a building across the road from me. Im still unclear as to who was inside, my guess would've been a drug dealer, knowing the building. They had 8 police officers, and 14 riot squad officers, specially dressed for the occasion in black, trendy gas masks and helmets, shields, and some lovely firearms. A bit over the top I thought personally, but hey... I dont claim to know what they were doing. And to be honest, I didnt actually see them coming out with anybody from the building, which makes me wonder what they were doing. Maybe another "successful" raid on an innocent London home?

I spend many hours everyday reading up on a wide range of topics, including everything to do with this manipulation in the world, and have been doing so for about 3 years now. I'm hoping to go to South America within the next year, to experience and learn as much as i can about the shamanic lifestyles in the Amazon.

First i just need to save up some cash, and in the meantime i'm going to do as much research as i possibly can. I'm 23 at the moment, and in the future i would like to write and talk about my experiences on what i have learned about the world. Hopefully something like a Terrence Mckenna / David Icke type of person, with a little of Bill Hicks!

Everyone is free to choose their path.

Why do you think it is necessary that anyone should be doing something ???

And if you think that they should be doing something, is it because you are not doing what you would love to do ???
