Is he to be trusted? imo he's genuine, I can't see this all be his imagination.
Another point is if he might have been set up and THEY want him to tell this.
It's always inspiring to listen to him anyway:cool:

I first read about bob Lazar about 10 years ago, in Tim Good's book 'Alien Liaison' . The book and the section on Lazar/Area 51 blew me away. I think the book was written in about 1990, at a time when little was known about area 51. I haven't seen all of the videos, but interesting to see that his testimony does not seem to have changed in the time since.

I know he has his critics, but I still feel he's essentially telling the truth. People will say he was discredited to a certain degree in the years after he went public, but I'm pretty sure that TPTB would not recruit anyone for such sensitive positions if they hadn't already made sure that there was sufficient dirt on them, in case they turn whistle-blower.

Yeah, I read that same book some time ago; his story's definitely stayed consistent. It comes down to the same old thing though, "to trust or not to trust".

Lazar is back working for the government. At Los Alamos, I believe, or thereabouts.

Details in the "John Lear Tells All" video.

Yeah, it was George Knapp himself who chased up Lazar's background. Lazar claimed that all his school and college records were expunged by the govt and Stanton Friedman reckoned that he was lying and that he'd never graduated at all. Friedman went to Lazar's old school and talked to some of his headmaster, teachers and classmates. It turns out that Lazar was an average student.

But, yes he did work at los Alamos! Knapp found that out. So he must have had a decent qualification of some kind. His specimen payslip is also a genuine Department of Naval Intelligence one, or an incredibly good fake. So Lazar does have a good "paper trail". He's also very hot in interviews and has never been caught out contradicting his story, which inevitably happens when someone is lying.

I'm still undecided on Bob Lazar.

Yes Bob Lazar certainly is an interesting person. As always a certain element of 'faith', if you will must be the ultimate decider when it comes to believing his claims. There are pros and cons. If he was telling all these secrets, they could get rid of him make it look like an accident. Although this may help him gain notoriety. I'm still undecided as to whether i believe his story, although i am leaning towards plausible.

Everyone credible is undecided on Bob Lazar.

At the end of the day his story is interesting, but by his own admission, relatively lightweight.

Fuck him.

I'm moving on.

Yeah, his testimony has really been done to death. Until something new comes to light I see little point in listening to him any more.

Stanton's a good guy and I respect his judgement. At the same time when I listen to Lazar in some (some not all;)) of his interviews, his testimony has a ring of authenticity. If he's talking male cow excrement then he's the best male cow ecrement-er yet!:D

Yes, i totally agree and just find it weird if he's putting so much in it if it's just a prank (probably a bigger con going on then), He then is literally 'the excrementinator' :D

Bob Lazar on Coast 2 Coast (15 nov 2009)

Area 51 Revisited

George Knapp was joined by the legendary and elusive Bob Lazar, along with Gene Huff and John Lear, for a discussion on the 20th anniversary of the program UFOs: The Best Evidence which first told the story of Area 51. Appearing alone in the first hour, Lazar provided an update on his research into hydrogen power. He detailed his invention of a hydrogen fuel cell which stores enough energy to power a car up to 400 miles. While he expressed some concern about having this technology thwarted by the government, Lazar praised the state of Michigan, where he now lives, for being extremely supportive of his research.

Beginning in the 2nd hour, John Lear and Gene Huff joined the conversation and reminisced about the origins of the Area 51 story. Huff credited Bob Lazar with setting the stage for such recent developments as the Vatican's examination of the implications of alien life and Edgar Mitchell's UFO revelations. "A lot of this started," Huff said, "with UFOs: The Best Evidence and with the Bob Lazar story, twenty years ago." Despite his historic role in UFO history, Lazar expressed deep regret over how the events of 20 years ago unfolded. "I don't think I would ever say anything again," he said, "I am so sorry I made that move."

The trio also responded to a number of controversial aspects of the Area 51 story, including the skeptics' assertions that Lazar's personal history was fabricated. To that end, Lazar noted that he originally spoke out because he began noticing that parts of his background were "evaporating" and that he was "beginning to get concerned that the next thing to evaporate was going to be me." Huff pointed out that numerous people, over the years, have since confirmed Lazar's employment at Los Alamos, an observation that was echoed by Lear. Later in the program, Lazar talked about the propulsion system used by the craft he saw at Area 51 as well as the infamous element 115.

I think his lastname might be a giveaway. Lazar is a shortened american version of Lazarovich, or his full name Robert Lazarovich. I'm not sure of the content of his book, but the fact that he still works for the government and his last name to me raises flags.
