Jay Z is always dropping that all seeing eye shit whenever he gets the chance, why?
Does he do it coz he's one of them, because he's against them, or because he's an idiot and thinks it's some catchy little hand sign? It's probably old news to some but I've kept seeing him do it recently.( 'bout 2:02 in this)
