http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwKcjRD1DNE Its the same on cnn's website and on my copy I bought from cnn.His eyes turn to slit pupil at any angle his head turns...watch him squirm as he sees himself in the monitor-EVEN MORE IMPORTANT At 35 seconds a film crosses his eye and a clicking noise is heard.I dont know where all these sub standard videos people post here are from..youtube i suppose. On my vid the people have spoken 715,000 views is nice, but 1277 times favorited is resounding support.Thats more times favorited than some of these crappy ones have been viewed...Let me see, when I came to youtube there were maybe two "reptilain " vids-a year later over 9,000...haha,I love it. No other vid will have that impact-period..my vid is first always and best (for now?)

Yep, and also watch his tooth pop out at 1:50!. Watch it! You'll see. Now if that doesn't tell you anything, then I don't know what would.
Woah! that tooth at 1:50 is wierd!!

Many video's have this 'split' eye, mainly because of the lights used are usually 'halo' or circular lights. So, when someone turns his eye up, the circular lights are still focused to it's center, thereby the pupil is absorbing light only under a certain angle, creating the effect. Notice that you never see this on photo's for example, unless it's a still.
At least, that's my theory now. feel free to debate it :)
