YES, I am very familiar with this. It is how the NWO operated for the most part pre- 9-11.

That is not to say the bagman and the jackels still don't do their part but they are basically redunant to what is in effect today. Which is the age old false flag and straight into shock and awe, as in Afganistan and Iraq.

Soon Iraq will be divivded up into 3/4 "countries' , Afganistan into 2, they will be funded for a divide and rule agenda and turned against Iran for the final take down.

John Perkims' life and story is fasinating but his "craft" , whicj was to blackmail foriegn gov. leaders into signing IMF and WBank huge loans which theythemselves pocketedmucj and the lions share went into the pockets of US companies to biuld shoddy white elephants, like airports bo one uses. Whilst putting their countrymen into prepetual slavery.

This ponsi scheme is now in effect to a large degree in America itself.

The International Bankers are Satantic and are bringing Global slavery to the whole world. How Russia and China who still hold a card plays them is to me now a mute point.....HAARP and high corruption in their lands closes down that resistance.

Money is slavery by proxy and has been around for ages. Thanks to the USA and European nations during the last two centuries, that slavery is everywhere and imposed on everyone to an extent far more effective and pervasive than at any time in the past.

Most people have no idea that the common-denominator math of all the world's currencies forms an endless loop that generates debt faster than we can ever generate the value to pay for it. Those who scoff at this analysis have simply failed to do the math. Consequently, this civilization is verifiably based on purposeful and institutionalized deception, coercion, and exploitation. The time is long overdue to change the human equation and end the root causes of most injustice and suffering.
