The boiling frog story states that a frog can be boiled alive if the water is heated slowly enough — it is said that if a frog is placed in boiling water, it will jump out, but if it is placed in cold water that is slowly heated, it will never jump out.

Who at this point in time is the frog in your view?

:p:)

In my personal point of view at this specific time,i'd say it was the majority of Humanity.

The frog analogy is a good one to describe the human 'sleeping' condition.

In human terms what David refers to as "the totalitarian tiptoe" is the same as the water slowly being brought to the boil under the frog.

OH YEAH- Spot on!!

I have used this analogy A LOT of late.

It is we... humanity, that is the frog. :(
It is the powers that be that control the heat.

So at the moment really we are simmering, reducing the water around us (our life force as it were) as vapour to thicken our mixture of human soup, then when we are dried out and sticking to the bottom of the pan, they will turn it up to boil...

Well, lets all make sure we taste of jolopeneo chillies...and burn them mautherfuckers back!:D:mad::p

It's an excellent analogy and it's used on us all the time. Just take little steps, poirtray each step as independant from all the others to disguse any long-term scheme and then a few years later we look back and think "How the hell did we get here!?"

It's used on us to implement a wholoe range of policies from the EU to NHS privatization.:mad:

I think i heard that in an indie film ages ago.

Well, true but, makes u wonder really if a quick boiling human frog would be that much smarter. Would they jump out of the pot into the fire perhaps? (making all the same mistakes again) - or just buckle down and feel sorry for themselves (humans are good at this). I mean if the crap really goes down - whats the odds it will end well or resolve properly?

Humans need a vision of some sort to work well - ideally universal and accepted wisdom. Without it, doesnt matter if we are in the pan or not, well eventually get there.

That's it. We need to be able to learn to see through the hype! They won't use the scam if it stops working!:D

Yes, I agree too. And I think we are already doing this, we are tip toeing aswell, slowly letting go of our conditioning allowing pure awareness and wisdom through.

I think it's about to turn around on them if it hasn't allready, they willl be the frog. We are in the numbers and people are waking up, it just seems so subtle, because people don't normally talk about it, more people are waking up than even we realize I think, not to mention them.
Once people take that red pill there is no turning back, people can try, but once there is a taste of truth it is hard to get that foot out of the door again, and it's happening.

I think people are holding back on their views, thoughts and wisdom, they are really quite awake, but doesen't feel ready to share it yet.

I thought the same thing.....then I remembered that cruel, thoughtless and uncaring people do this to live lobsters, crayfish and shellfish all the time.

A chappie on the Jeremy Vine show this afternoon, claiming he had nothing to hide, so he wasn't scared of having all his freedoms removed in the name of 'fighting crime'
