This is what I've observed them doing in Southern California too which is now
in a drought condition. I"m sure they're doing it elsewhere as well.

Having read that disturbing report, it seems inextricably linked to Monsanto and other GM seed producers.

It's raining here now and we even had some snow. something unseen for a very long time. Perhaps the drought is coming to an end or .... could there be another reason???

Our weather is being totally manipulated all over the world right now & it makes sense that Monsanto & the like could be behind it (as well as other factors too), but this one definitely fits in with the food crisis they're trying to create (which is PRS for GM & total control - fookers!!:mad:).
