Having drawn mustaches, lizard tongues and 666's on so many notes I can say without a doubt most shops, banks and individuals will accept such money.

I don't know about in real life, but it brings to mind a Seinfeld episode where George Castanza goes to pay the cashier with a bill, but she refuses to accept it because there was a mustache drawn on the Presidents face. :D
