"Your behaviour is a MIRROR of the behaviour being perceived in the environment"
I could justify this by examining nature, human sociology, or cells. Ultimately, it’s a holographic reality so these principles Don’t originate from the lowest level but in fact are transcendent throughout every level. NOT because things are made up of things on the lower levels (because then you can have things which are not anatomically created by those below) but things which seem to exist independently.
How did this process start? Well, the observer existed, did the environment create him? Or did he create the environment?
Maybe ultimately there is no environment, and no us,
Maybe it is all one, or to be more precise, maybe everything is NOT not one as the Tao would put it.
Comments?

Somehow EVERYTHING is interconnected within the same reality or it would simply not be a part of reality. This means that there is a connection between consciousness and space and between space and matter. Consciousness - space - matter, must ultimately be "made up" of the same fundamental energy.
This also means that everything is holographically connected. One atom is not only connected to all other atoms in the universe through gravity, but also through a more fundamental connecting principle.
We can look at the physical human body. Is it a separate object? Yes, it is. But no separate object is REALLY separate, or it wouldn't be a part of the same existence. This means that my physical body is a holographic reflection of the entire physical universe. To say things like 'just' the body is misleading. The physical body is an almost infinitely advanced energy field.

in some worldviews, it is quite an honor to incarnate into a human body. i know that's hard to believe sometimes, but i agree for the most part.

i prefer the term "not-two" to "one". one implies a second. there is only that which is; as above, so below, as within, so without. that may seem like semantics, but you'd be surprised how that stance changes things at a fundamental experiential level.

Yeah, I agree, it can change the meaning of the whole word
