It's not subliminal, if it was subliminal you wouldn't have heard it. It's a joke and I've heard it quite a few times on the game and nearly wet myself laughing the first time.

Notice how the next thing that guy says "I only need one more fix!".

There's also a spoof conspiracy website in the game called "'Lies Damn Lies': Sleep with one eye open... and one eye closed". Although it's hard to tell the difference sometimes.:rolleyes:
