Acharya has neutralized all of the part 1 Anti-Zeitgeisters theist and atheist.

I did... I dont dig all her works and find she is stirring to much anti Muslim stuff... which is falling for the trap that she kind of highlights..

but she brings up so mush holes in religions and does a great job... the debunkers always ignore half her work because they are to busy going out of there minds trying to piece together all the rest and try and hold it up...

Yeah, it's really sad...those guys at Zeitgeist Challenge just don't get it. They've never studied Acharya's work, they have no credentials in any relevant fields yet they have the temerity to presume that their OPINION is enough, and that their personal FAITH is all that they need, to offer a vicious and vitriolic critique of credible credentialed scholars who are trained in this area of expertise.

These guys have no training in any relevant fields of study - no training in comparative religion, no training in mythology, no training in archaeoastronomy, no training in astrotheology. They can read nor write in any relevant languages.

Their hatred of Zeitgeist to part 1 and Acharya S has been clear from the beginning.

Their video is debunked by the very snippets of Acharya's responses they included in their video but because it goes over their head, they don't get it, therefore, they assume she's wrong.

But I hope they keep doing what their doing i.e. demonstrating the level of dishonesty and ignorance that has always plagued Christians and Christianity from the beginning.

Still, they have no evidence for Jesus.

no one yet has taken these peoples books and debunked them... they just make people think if they cant google it...then its not real. :rolleyes:

The entire first part of Zeitgeist is poorly written using questionable sources and making some grand assumptions. It's sad since it reduces the integrity of material presented in parts 2 and 3 which are rather good.

I don't think it's nearly as bad as the Anti-Zeitgeisters to part 1, want folks to believe. Lets be fair about it. Peter Joseph, the creator, isn't a scholar and never set out to create a scholarly documentary. Part 1 is only 25 minutes. Plus, the Official version removed many errors. He also never set out to get over 15 million views worldwide in several languages.

I can appreciate the fact that millions of people have viewed part 1 and taken an interest in comparative religion, mythology and astrotheology etc. The sources are provided for more reading...more info being placed into the hands of the general public is better than leaving them stuck possibly in a fundamentalist religious sect.

Besides, there's more evidence to back up part 1 than most want to admit. "Christ in Egypt: The Horus-Jesus Connection" will be out soon to highlight the similarities and parallels between Christianity and the Egyptian religion demonstrating that even if Christianity didn't directly borrow from the Egyptians, the concepts were there long before Christianity. This is based on primary source evidence that does exist today found in the pyramid texts and the Book of the Dead etc.

At some point, the Anti-Zeitgeisters of part 1 are going to have to deal with the fact that part 1 is closer to correct than they care to admit at this point.
