well, it depends on what your intention is, cheeb.

my intention is to build an online community, to share authentically and create a safe place where people can explore the dreamworld we believe to be real.

what's your intention?

This is a general area so I guess it is fine to talk about general stuff:p

If I don't want to take part in a thread, I don't. I think it is just getting to know your fellow posters. I can't see anything wrong in that I'm afraid. It is a little light banter. That's cool! This stuff can be a tad intense so why not lighten the mood with a little trivia?

If it is too, too silly, the mods step in so I am happy to leave it to them to make the necessary decisions.

I think its great that people feel free to post whatever they like. There is no 'should' and 'shouldn't', that just restricts who you are, and people should be free to express themselves in any manner they like so long as its not harming anyone else. If you don't want to join in, that's fine.

well why not eh! Its only acomputor after all
Its not that relevant to everyday things (for me anyhow)
like work,family and friends.
My intentions/agenda/ aspirations/ is to buy a canal boat (dawncraft 1st)and go around the waterways of england and gain experience of navigation etc
One day i would love to cross the channel and go down the canal central in France

I was all set up to do this last year ,but my grandad died (god rest his soul)so i now have to look after my nan (my choice, i know)The computer thing was a way for me to keep me interested at home , hobby really

I dont really have a computer agenda, but i do consider myself to be quick/dim witted, ironic and sarcastic

For me ,in greif it was very difficult to have chosen to become an atheist, and i hope he is in heaven

but in reality i know he now only exists as a very precious memory

Good for you cheeb. I think that would be an idyllic lifestyle, free from attachments and all the crap associated with this materialistic world in which we live.

Hi cheeb. I hope you can achieve your dream.

Speaking of water, canals, boats etc..... have any of you ever seen this before? This cam in an email to me yesterday and I have to confess my mouth dropped open!

This is a Water Bridge in Germany!!! According to the details I received in the email, it took 6 years to construct, it cost 500 million euros, and its 918 meters long.

What an engineering feat! This is a channel-bridge over the River Elbe and joins the former East and West Germany, as part of the unification project. It is located in the city of Magdeburg, near Berlin. The photo was taken on the day of inauguration.

Cheeb you are right.... we need to focus on more significant issues!!! We all eat, laugh, drink a brew (beer or tea, your choice;)) make love, play and talk shite...

We need to do this together I suppose and stop bickering about whose right and wrong.
