I think that this kind of thing is going to be on the increase, the internet is one of the last few remaining places where truth remains, it cannot be allowed to be monitored that people 'fear' to post or allow alternative thinking.

B*stards! etc for sure
But I have few illusions about it, failing dragging the political elite out of the buildings, its only a matter of time before the internet is seriously nobbled. But thats fine, becuase this "internet" phase in the awakening transformation is just that: a phase
Time will come that the awakening is in our communities, where it belongs
So my view is:
Use this time well to prepare for the real challenge ahead

they're doing us a favor, weaning us off the internet. teslafire had a great post recently on it, can't find it, but it's the one with the picture of the borg on it.

The Internet will still be useful even if all the political stuff is wiped off it , and anyway all you have to do is write a book about all you've learned from the Web and tell people how to read between the lines.
Politicians CAN'T take away the experience that we have had using the Internet , and the awakening effect that its had on many people.
We can always go back to how information was passed around in the old days - small presses printing off leaflets which were sold in the street or handed out at secret gatherings. Anyone with a printer and a scanner can publish their own books and leaflets now , lets see the authorities stop that !!!
