got my ear bone speaker bet them for a bit now they a trying another way to run test on me so they can control me. They think there system can be beat and when you do they will just fuck try improve it.They are just running games with me so there system can update itself and test it on me.

Sounds like you need to go as public as possible with any info and evidence you have of what is happening to you.
But who to trust is a problem!.

Meditation!
Take back control of your mind.... Visualisation exercises... They can reach you because I think your mind is wide open and your ability to concentrate is reduced...
Focus on an image in your mind and try to keep it there as long as possible...
Say an apple... It will move about like crazy to start with but if you persevere you will be able to keep the image longer and your concentration will be stronger and you will be able to block the voices eventually...
btw i would be curious to know what kind of conversations you have with these guys...
think alot of the conversations don`t get out of my sort term memory.plus they can effect/filter my memory.I do use visuals and sound through my ear bone speaker. cos its done remote I can control my environment plus I know that I can ware them out two, change my habits change my sleeping patterns.
What I have learn t from the perpetrators from what the do to me is they try to
suppress my thoughts and replace them with theres, alter my frame of mind so
I don`t brother doing anything,try and condition me to believe in god,not to break the law,doing good things for the community.To do what they say.Distracted me for the things and people around me.Try to force me to talk

I really think that all the cctv,id cards,date collection system will pick out individuals that don`t live up to "values and Ideals" of our nanny big brother state will be forced "brainwashed" or drive mad by this system.I also believe that this expensive "car tracking pay per mile" will just hide a large more powerful system like they did when they rolled out the Tetra system.

Anyway there are things you can do to get rid of the problem... you need to strengthen your mind... regain the ability to concentrate... I've given you lots of ideas Deca, try some of them and tell me how you get on....
These guys can't do shit all to you unless you let them. You have to be partially compliant in the process... I was initially, wanted to be a one of the 'new humans', asked to be 'transformed'... and then I had to fight like a mad cat to get out of their mind control... but I did....

I am not trying to minimalize this case.
It could be psychological, physiological, mind control or pure fantasy.
Who knows?
Most people here are not qualified to deal with it in any case.
There are proper channels to follow should it be a case of mind control using EMF. Deca should be well aware of these through reading these forums and his own research.
It is premature not to mention dangerous to be offering such unqualified advice to someone so unstable.

My ear bone spear/mic does work and I am saving up for a Dictaphone so I can unscrambles my thoughts also I have sort used this forum as a dairy as well. The perpetrators know my brain well and use it against me.My ear bone head set will be plugged into my mp3 player and a Dictaphone.
Do you think I would come across sane and logical after 3 years of this on going abuse.
I am just an asshole that the perpetrators think they can do this on me and get
away with it.
I do fight back and screw there heads up, I give them plenty.

Have you attempted to manipulate their attacks. I know of reports that it helps to restructure them in humorous situations. An example is someone getting images of "evil eyed" pyramids staring at them. His solution was to play the Pyramids out in a ridiculous "Jerry Springer-esque" talkshow. Sounds strange but I know humor is a powerful weapon, and humor was what got me through a similar situation.
I know it gets rough though. I don't believe I've experienced the exact same thing you have, but my advice echoes others. Your mind is yours, and higher levels of conciousness will aid you. If you are not willing to do that, there is no-one that can help you.

I'd go further. If there are images, they are avatars in your mind of their presence, but they aren't really there. Truly begin manipulating them. Giving the finger to someone will do you no good, but manipulating someone in the right situation can give you whatever result you want. The same goes for this. Play with them. Appreciate them. Everytime the come around, think of them as your playtoys, rather than something that is threatening. It's all a matter of reaction.

I have took the advice of you 3ill and others these mind techniques do work but what happens is they blast me with ELFs/emfs to alter my mind state and rabbit verbally into my skull this can go on for hours/days.
I would like to say thanks to the people of this forum your advice,techniques,support and love has helped my loads,its has helped me mentally kick the perpetrator arse and lift my spirit. But they are persistent little

Visualiztion is a powerful tool. So is self hypnosis, though that may be difficult or dangerous as it may put you in a more vulnerable position if you're not familiar.

Yep I have thought and downloaded self hypnosis software but I am worried that I might let my guard down and be more open to the perpetrators. I was thinking of recording positive messages and playing them back but I fear that the perpetrators would hijack this and insert there messages.I am also thinking a about binaral beats or brainwave generator to counter there attacks.
I am hooked up 24/7 I have hiss in my ears and my nerves tingle most noticeable around my teeth and jaw.I think there are 2 perpetrators as I notice a sort change of personality.They try and get me emotionally worked up and
