View Full Version : Your Thoughts On Workplace Mobbing

Anyone any experience with it? Don't be shy?

Today I quit my job.
It just had become too much.

The mobbing wasn't coming from my colleagues, but from the supervisors.
Although I was around longer, they found it necessary to promote a bimbo Moroccan 19-year old with no experience over me. All the while they kept reprimanding me for the slightest mistake (I have University education), while treating her like royalty.

I have just had it with life.
I've heard all the stories about patient endurance, but let somebody else endure.

Today people went to pause without inviting me along, and that was a clear sign it was spreading.

If somebody knows black magic I will pay to have it done. I don't care about the consequences, I think things cannot get much worse. Why should they go free?

I called the police to file charges but they said mobbing wasn't a punishable offence. If a kick in a window at work of course it is.

Hi Alrick,

Could you explain what is happening at your workplace as I dont understand - sorry! :o Do you mean you are purposely being excluded and bullied for no apparent reason!

It is normal sheep behaviour, they know you are different from them so they have to exclude you. Your awareness is a threat to them. i am experiencing it right now in a social situation. The morining park routine with my dog. I tried to tell them a little of what I knew. Big mistake, LOL. Fuck 'em.:D.

They are mind controlled brainwshed zombies.

magick is NOT the answer. move on, find a new way or job, also look carefully at anything you may have done to contribute to it.

In my experience quiting jobs has often been the best days of my life.....

Reducing the shit load and being free again!

Don't take it too bad mate, just try to see it all for the bullshit it is.

Sometimes just let the shit flow.....

Go to the Philippines. There's alot of them hanging out in the provinces. Ask around. If you have money, they're more than happy to help you.

From what I've seen in a documentary, a favorite tactic is to stop you from expelling the dirt in your body. As a result, your stomach will keep on growing big because the shit and the piss wont come out. Then you die.

What I can say about is the hard part about quitting was fully feeling and then releasing all the anger I had built up. You find you don't want to release it because you think there is a way to get yours yet, to get back at them.

I had my coat on, and was telling the boss guy I would be leaving, and then of course he asked why and what and I felt so angry I could barely speak. Still managed to get out without breaking stuff. :D

What I experienced there was the Matrix: how technology can really be used to control and enslave people. Through the monitored telephones and computers (plus the entrance logging) they could watch every minute what you were doing, what you weren't doing and for how long. You may say "so what" but it was amazing to finally realize how something that could be used to set people free (and it is used for that too) is used on a massive scale to enslave, and almost everyone goes along with it.

Thinking back I also saw work as a kind of videogame: you get a certain character (your job) and then once you score your points and master a level, you progress to the next level in that company. But in reality this only goes for a very small minority, and what they find of course is that the next level is just as mindnumbingly boring and unfree as the former. It's the same game.

Well, I released the anger now so really no need for any black magic, would appreciate any part-time work-related tips though.
