allright the first got locked the second deleted.
SEAN what do you have to hide???
There is nothing to hide. I've answered to the best of my knowledge that so far no ruling has been made as of yet. There will be an update as soon as the ruling is made, and David will let everyone know the ins and outs of what happened.
Donations are going towards the legal costs involved.
The threads that were locked and deleted were done so because they turned into a playground of insults and abuse, which won't be tolerated on this forum.
If i can get any more info regarding the court case, i'll let you know.

I like to think I have helped a good friend, when he asked for it.
For me it doesn't matter wether he uses it for the legal battle or for a nice dinner with his wife and close family and friends. I even hope it will be the dinner.
Although I found that asking for transparancy is a normal question.
So the courtcase is in St. Louis. We can now focus and shine our light on that specific area in this specific matter.
I can only imagine that David has a good reason for not being transparant in this ordeal. Since I know David for making dark issues transparant; it sometimes feels like a contradiction that we don't hear anything in his big battle in which we are being drawn into to give him a helping hand. We are being made worried about his future and therefore we deserve a normal answer to a normal question.
And the answer: "we get back to you when we hear something" is not sufficient. We all know that courts give dates, even if it is postponed until a later date.
Just communicate; that is all.
If only... because we care!

I agree, I donated £10 and have no problem with doing so.... I think its great that people like David Icke are getting a mouth piece with this info and he has not sold out one little bit, the only reason he is getting back into the mainstream is one reason and one reason only... people power.... people want him there and the people who hide this stuff have no choice but to let go and hope, rather than hold on and be revealed.
But they will always make life hard for people like David and seeing as he has a bigger stage to speak on than my self, I am happy to support him and he has my respect for throwing his whole life into this, which before was not exactly in tatters with his celebrity status and all, Its shocking the amount of rubbish people create about him.
The people here who are trying to label him and knock him down are simply driven by ego, "what about me?" .."why should he get this and that?", these people that are the reason success appears hard, because they make it hard because of there caveman instincts and ignorant outlook.
David is proving to be a decent man who has done what he has always said he was meant to do. and this bugs these people...
apart from that, when people get afraid they like to shoot the messenger.... disagreeing with what he says or what he thinks is one thing, but taking offense to it is another, they cant deal with this info so they slip into idiot mode and feel that if they can alter what others think about reality this will help them deal with their own issues.

Can we just leave it be. When the information is able to come out, it will.
Sean has told us this on more than one occasion, please stop making him repeat himself I am sure he has better things to do with his time. Why continue to hassle him? There is no point to this. The previous threads were a total waste of space, and Sean made a wise decision.
This makes for a pointless thread.Nobody is hiding anything from anyone, so making an accusation such as this is utterly ridiculous. I am sure the court case and all the legal costs have put an enormous strain on David Icke, his family and all that work with him. Let us all just put our energies into a positive outcome(and only that) so that David and all that work alongside him can continue with the necessary work that they have devoted themselves to doing, for who? ALL OF US. I wonder why they would bother sometimes. Sean, you are a very patient man.Thank you for your answers and thank you in anticipation of any more info you can pass on.

A very long story
If you go into Davids main site and have a look around you will find all of the information you are looking for there. It is in regard to copyright issues with his work. Someone has done their best here to try destroy the future of David's work and they wont succeed. The case has been very long and drawn out and people in support of David's hard work and tireless efforts are happy to make donations to help toward his legal costs so that his work may continue. There is a donation link on his site. There is no final outcome yet and as soon as there is it will be posted on David's site and in this forum.

Dear purple fruit,
no we can't leave it be...
cause we have been made participants in it.
One of Davids lessons (according to me:rolleyes: ) is: question everything!
I think David is in this situation because he didn't question everything and he trusted the wrong person; happens to all of us sometimes I think.
Sean is doing a good job; David is doing a good job,
but that doesn't mean we can't discuss this. This is a forum!
I am involved because I choose to be, because I care for David.
And I want to know!

When I say leave it be what I am trying to say here is that by continuing to harrass the mods will not give you the answers you are seeking.
YES question everything correct!
When the time is right they will answer you!
When you say David trusted the wrong person, perhaps he did, last time I checked he was human. What do you want him to do? come in here and tell everyone he was wrong? that he stuffed up? would that make everyone feeeel better inside themselves?
In the meantime, there is no problem discussing the court case at all I wouldn't think, but harrassing the moderaters is just ridiculous!
(noone made you a participant in anything except for you, you have contradicted your self here from top to bottom)
Did you ever think maybe there is a reason that what goes on inside this court case cannot be discussed by those who are part of it until it has been settled? Have some respect folks and be patient.

good grief - doesn't anyone here actually check his website?
http://www.davidicke.com/content/view/1772/1772/
David has won an interim order stopping Adams selling his books and keeping the money, which is now held in an independent account pending the legal outcome. The judge ordered accounts and print disks to be handed over to David, but Adams has produced no such accounts, only random checks that include confirmation that Adams used income from David's books for household and garden improvements, paying his personal bills and even buying a Harley-Davidson motorbike. All this was revealed in a public court at a second hearing of the case in December, the judgement from which is still pending because of court administration delays.
When the case is concluded, David will be able to tell the story in detail, but the crucial point is that his efforts to regain control of his own books, and therefore keep them in circulation, is costing a fortune in legal fees
etc, etc

hahahah! Kinda looks that way doesn't it
