Only when someone such as kennedy manages to get in power do we see this action taken as he was against all secrets etc..

They Put him there alright, But he went against there Plan like trying to abolish The CIA after the Bay Of Pigs Fiasco, The Invaision Of Cuba in Other Words Police/FBI raided all the Militan Camps, That Left A Heap of Pissed Of Cubans, And Cubans Hanging in Cuba waiting for this Coup D' etat of Fidel Castro That never Came

or once he was privy to certain info it made him change and think as President he could change things in a big way.

I think there is (or was) an internal struggle between various factions of the government and business. The Kennedy's go back along way in America and did things "the old way", then you've got the "new money" or newer money, who are people involved in the military - industrial complex. I think all was going swimmingly with JFK in power; they put him in their to end the disastrous war in Vietnam and save America from looking any worse than it already did,but nobody told the suits in the smoky rooms in the military industrial sector. They didn't want the war to end coz they were raking it in.

The reason nobody's wacked Georgy boy is becauase the old school leaders like the Kennedy's have been weeded out and the bushes are now on the throne and are comfortably in bed with the arms dealers etc. Now, again, we have our "Kennedy" in Obama who's gonna pull out/sort Iraq out but after years of huge profits have been made and corporate contracts put in place by the Bush Jr.

P.S. From what I've heard it's Bush Sr. and his CIA buddies who do the wacking amd he's not gonna do his own son!
