if you don't have a partner to muscle check, there are other ways to do it.

you just have to make a couple of statements to make sure you're not attached to the answer, like:

permission to check
all bodies present
there is any reason to doubt that

if you don't hold strong to these, go grab a glass of water and look at the brightest light in the room.

some people say one can't test oneself, but if you're unattached to the answer, my experience is it's ok., plus, there's lots of other stuff one can do to check accurately.

yes, kinesiology is cool indeed. if you need a chiropractor, try to find one who uses kinesiology, especially if you have a back problem or sciatica.

when you get to be my age, these things become more important lol :D
