Maybe, maybe. The reason I say that is because he just kinda skips out like a CD skipping because the face isn't clean. It seems like multiple personality disorder, which is mind-spliting into different compartments due to trauma based mind control.

When he's 'corrected' after saying "Iran is training Al Qaeda" to saying "Iran is training extremists" pretty much says it all. Not just about the War on Terror but about the entire System.
Oh we're parroting Lie #9998 today?? I thought we were on #9997...

You can find similar videos for many public political figures or prominent elite. It's programming, certainly, but also a result of mental stress from the incredible amount of mindless speech repetition a talking head is forced to do every day.
