Hi all,
Did anybody here go to the Leeds UFO conference during the 90s and early 00s? They were special times for me, on the edge of new realities and new amazing horizons!..........:) I really felt I was witnessing history in the making!;)
They really were the good old days, christ I'm sounding old! :p

Where do I start?;)
I used to drive up to Leeds on the Friday, ready for the evenings events, which was usually meet the speakers on a more personal note, watch some footage, good start for the weekend.:)
Meeting such large numbers of like minded people was such a buzz, the camaraderie, the exchanging ideas & views was very rewarding.:) :)
The first time of seeing the Mexican fleet footage was awesome:)
Meeting and hearing the late John Mack was an eye opener:eek:
The Saturday night Gala dinner was always a massive laugh & a hoot, drinking most of the night, christ how I drove home on the Sunday I will never know! :D
Those days have gone, never to return........:(

I know, it's just back then the world (for me) was a simpler place! The excitement I wonderment of new frontiers, untainted by negativity.......:(
But we have that new horizon on our doorstep to look forward to.......:)

Yes it was, the late Graham Birdsall. A sad time indeed, Graham was only 49.

He died a few days before the 2003 conference of a brain haemorrhage.
