I keep hearing on documentries about how the bulidings came down in 9 seconds, but if u watch this video and just count i make it around 12sec..

12 seconds would still be about correct and at gravity speed.

They were 110 stories.

If you dropped a snooker ball off the building and stopped it at every floor it would have taken over 30 seconds to reach the ground (thus meaning any resistance) and if you dropped it from the top without stopping it would have taken 11 seconds.

The US uses NTSC standard which is 29.97fps while UK uses PAL which is 25fps. Though there is 3:2 pulldown, and other conversion techniques, you can't rely on video to be accurate for gaging time.

They had to make it to keep it look like an accident to destroy building 7 also how hard can it be to grip.. ;P
