As the website announces, David Icke will be presenting a talk at the 10th Annual Bay Area UFO Expo in September 2008 in Santa Clara, California. I defintely think I will be there. I don't know if I'm going to Icke's lecture, because I already been to Brixton in 2006 and Mount Shasta last year, but a lot of other interesting people will be there like Stewart Swerdlow.
Now to my questions. Have anybody else been to the expo in recent years, and how is there? I'm interested in UFO, but mostly in conspiracies and the nature of reality, is there a lot of that stuff?
The event is held at the Marriott Hotel, but I think it's a little pricy to stay there, so do anybody know a place to stay near the event for a fair price? And how is Santa Clara, is there places to go to and shop etc? Or is there more to see and do in San José, just across from the airport?
