China's Earthquake Set up by H.A.R.P?

Alright well.... I dont know to much on this, hoping one of you will have more info but some people claim that 10min before the earthquake in China happend this was seen in the sky. Below is some footage that was recorded.

Now some people believe this is the doing of H.A.A.R.P and that these strange lights have something to do with the quake. If you have any more information on this please let me know!

I truly hope this is not the doing of H.A.R.P and just something with the weather....because if it is man made.....I feel sick...

WOW.......the multi colour shimmer looks very indicative of HAARP. This has crossed my mind along with the hurricane devastation to Burma. The military has enough weather control to create both. TPTB are turning up the heat if this is ELF particle beam tech. It is thought that China also has this tech or perhaps we just took theirs out (temporarily).

God does not play this haarp or run in the olympics.
