Now, I would be surprised if there is anyone here that would not admit to how it always seems that if in your love life you are alone and longing for someone, it feels like you are lost at sea and people just pass you buy..... but when you find a friend then all of a sudden lots of them start popping up.... to the point that its actual a pain in the arse and makes things more confusing ....
now the conclusions are...
1, you mEEt someone, get a confidence boost and there for other women/men pic up on your confidence and are attracted to you.... now this is possible, even though it still does cover the law of attraction a bit...
or
2, because you meet a woman/man and start to feel the energies that they bring with them.... you feeling this manifests more into your life....
I would say the first does not really cover the whole scenario... as its not just a case of being at a bar and all of a sudden having more interaction with others.... its things like... all of a sudden getting a call or an e mail from an old friend....so on..... or suddenly a new woman/man starts a new job in your department... so on....
so for me it covers the latter and is a good way of seeing the LOA.

LOL, sorry for laughing but your spelling error might suggest something other than you intended. I know what you mean though about the L.O.A

On the UFC last Saturday night, Joe Rogan (who is actually a pretty cool/well informed dude... despite being the guy on Fear Factor) mentioned the Law of Attraction in regards to Diego Sanchez. He said something like, "This guy's belief in himself is so strong... If you believe in the Law of Attraction he's just doing EVERYTHING right". He made quite a few comments about how he's so into the metal aspect of fighting.... and dude does all sorts of breath work and tai chi type stuff as he walks to the ring and gets ready to fight. Diego was undefeated and talked about how it was his destiny to retire that way.... well, to make a long story short... he got pwned the whole fight and lost in a unanimous decision.
the LOA got some love though when Matt Serra declared that he would shock the world... and he came out and did just that.

well he took him self quite far in what he loves...so he must have put the LOA to some use....
but unless we are god like humans its very hard to have the focus to make us like a god and do everything we want at a whim... this is why people do not think they can do it.

I can understand how certain proponents of the LOA say that someone offering a mental opposition to the global conspiracy can infact attract that very thing, the beauty of life goes on regardless of what some fascist corporate entities and sorcerers plan to do with the people, we need to take away the means which keeps us locked up, to a degree practiced correctley, what people call the LOA can be very effective in giving us an alternative.

my wife says when i'm feeling good about myself and passionate about what i'm doing, she finds me sexy as hell. vice versa, too. :)

a friend of mine years ago said, if i am anxious about something, see the "worst case" possibilities through to the very end. i've found that to be good advice; it generally diffuses the anxiety.
