The secret told us to visualise our outcome & that is all very well but if you are like me it is hard to hold that feeling of being in the now. I found this tool to work quite well for myself so i thought i would share it with everyone.

First close your eyes and allow yourself to relax by taking 3 -5 deep abdominal breaths

Next with your eyes still closed imagine a huge silver screen infront of you as if you are sitting comforortably in a movie theatre

next put a detailed picture of the situation or context of your desired outcome on the screen see everything around you hear all of the sounds smell the smell of being there now

Once you have created a clear picture imagine yourself climbing up into the screen see yourself up there exactly as you want to be acting, thinking, and speaking as if you have already achieved your goal.

Take these feelings with you as you open your eyes and return to your activities. just make sure you dont rush it!!

This can be used for anything you would like to visualise wether it be your day at work or a job interview or that house that you want. Its your reality to create i hope this is a useful tool for you.
Cheers

Hi stan.

That sounds like a fun way of staying in the now.

All tools are helpful. I'll give it a whirl.

Thanks for that!

Hi LL
I do hope it you find it usefull. Personally i found it quite easy to start dissociated then climbing in and really experiencing the vision being associated with it. bring it back to the now and let reality catch up.
Cheers
