As the scale of the disaster in Burma becomes clear, questions are being asked over how much the authorities knew about the magnitude of the approaching storm.

US First Lady Laura Bush has accused the military government of failing to act to protect its people.
She says the Burmese authorities were well aware of the threat from Cyclone Nargis, but failed to issue a timely warning to those in the path of the storm.
India's meteorological agency, which monitors cyclones in the Indian Ocean, says it warned the Burmese authorities 48 hours before the storm struck.
The agency says it told Burma where the storm would hit land and how severe it was expected to be.
Burmese citizens have complained that they were not properly alerted, but Burmese state television issued a statement in English saying warnings were given several days beforehand.
"Timely weather reports were announced and aired through the television, and radio in order to keep the people safe and secure in nationwide," the statement said.
Certainly state media did give some warnings of a storm, but people in Burma say the severity of the cyclone was unclear and no instructions were given as to what action they should take.
Officials from the UN's disaster reduction agency in Geneva say it is clear many people did not have time to seek refuge in secure buildings.
They say the scale of the devastation suggests there was not a proper early warning system.
Burma's military government is likely to face many more questions about how prepared the country was for such a storm and how many lives could have been saved if a tried and tested early warning system was in place.

I don't know if "predicted" is the right word, more like "propagated".
By this I mean that China has been controlling the weather for years, if they can make it sunny, they can make it stormy. It's so fucking obvious, these bbc "news" items are getting boring.

There is a guy in my town who lies every chance he gets. He lies for practice and even when there is no need to. If I see him with a cast on his arm, and he says, "broke my wrist playing sports".. All I would say was true is that I saw him with a cast on his arm and he said,,....
That's how I view the media today. Just the other day I was listening to the Alex Jones Show. He was re-playing an interview he made with the D.C.Madam, and she stated quite plainly that she would not commit suicide. I decided to go see what CNN was reporting, and lo! they printed, "She had told an interviewer recently that she would kill herself before going to jail". An outright lie, hearsay, and in direct counter to what she is known to have said.
So, I ask you... How much of this Cyclone story is true? How much is really true?.. It is true that they report such and such.. and show pictures of such and such (but when were the pictures taken and where? do they even say?)... What is it they want us to think? What are you suppose to believe.. and why? Because..
There was no Cyclone. No 10,000 people are dead because of a Cyclone. This is a better way to view it, imo. We live in a Winston Smith world now... and the powers that be are leading us into the GLOBAL DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL. Alice in Wonderland's got nothing on us now, baby. At 1.33 GMT on May 1st, there was a powerful, 6.6 magnitude earthquake in Alaska (link (http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2008-05/02/content_8090647.htm)). Isn't that where the HAARP ionospheric heater is? And hot on the heels, we have this monumentally destructive cyclone in Burma...in an area which produces 65% of the country's rice crops..."which puts a further strain on the already tight world rice market." There is a world food crisis being orchestrated. I suspect this cyclone is manmade.

It's obvious because 2 weeks ago BBC gleefully told us how the Olympic Officials in China are going to control the weather to make sure its stays sunny and dry for the opening and closing ceremonies using their new rocket technology to blast pellets of chemicals which seed rain clouds and cause rain.
They plan to make sure any clouds are chemically treated to guarantee that all the rain happens ahead of the opening ceremony.
Thats what makes it obvious. If you can use weather technology for these effects then you can do the same in reverse and make the weather bad. Why do you think storms are increasing in their ferocity these days?

cloud seeding to disperse rainclouds is slighty different to making a massive cyclone thingy. how do you know the tech is that advanced, and where are you getting your haarp info from? not directly.

Well found man, this is important info right here, anybody who disbelieves weather modification should start researching HAARP, this stuffs real and being used.

Weather modification is REAL. I have a a friend who is a retired pilot, and guess what! He used to fly weather mod!
The funny thing is though, he fully believes the tech was to help crops in the US, and would NEVER be used for malicious purposes!
Thank goodness, everything is just an illusion! lol

Alls I do is look at the global Warming agenda and how much they have been shoving that down our throats the last few years. I have no doubt that there are elements of government, Military, and the science world that have been working on something like HAARP for decades.
And as incidents like New Orleans and Burma happen, the government and the media have it's ass covered by all angles and even get to say " we told you so ".

main thing about creating the cyclone through HAARP to install the havock in BURMA,was to distabilize the economic growth of the surrounding area that is becoming a potential economic competitor, as well as it also brings the advantage of promoting the food shortage fake...anyway, anything new?
