I preordered a copy of "Spiritworld" on the 10th of January. Since then I've had nothing. Enigma have promised to send me another, but nothing's arrived. Now they're not even answering my emails.

I've had to go to Trading Standards.

It's a shame because when I first bought "Illuminati part 1" it got lost and they sent me another straight away.

Well they haver lost a potentule customer as i wont be ordering any of their DVDs due to the ongoing poor customer support...

how hard is it to post somone a DVD!?

interesting DVDs but you can find the info on your own if you really want to and you dont have to sit around and wait for them to send you the DVD you have paid them for...

If I were you I would just demand a refund... if they dont get back to you then report them.

I've already reprted them. Apparently they're based in Frace (I thought so because all their parcels had a French postmark) This means I'm going to have to go to Euroconsumer, a part of the Citizens Advice Bureau.

They certainly should! If they don't provide the same quality of customer support that they do in their film productions then they let themselves down.

Speak of the Red Horned Retillian! "Spiritworld" arrived on Saturday! It's bloody good, easily the best thing Chris Everard has ever done.

If anyone else is having trouble getting hold of them; the envelope my DVD was delivered in has this return addrsss: 449 Avenue de la Gare, 12160 France. I don't suppose they're too worried about their own privacy if they're not using a PO Box.
