To me this is not a natural event,it looks completely out of context,maybe someone has bought an exotic creature and is feeding it live mice for their own sick gratification.
albino animals are very rare in nature
neither of the animals look to be in their own natural enviroment,
im sure centipedes do feed this way ,but i doubt that these two creatures wuold ever have met in their own enviroments.
