Always had a funny feeling about this actor. I've never seen any of his movies myself, but everyone is saying he's a lousy actor. However, over the last few years he's been in some big hollywood blockbusters, and Steven Spielberg seems to have a soft spot for him. His next role is the new Indiana Jones movie.

Why is he getting these BIG roles if he can't act? I can't really find any connection through his parents, but I maybe missing something here. The obvious connection is that he's Jewish, and so is Spielberg, and his family has a history of drug usage.

Anyone got any ideas on his special treatment?

Wall Street 2's Shia LaBeouf Interviewed, Had Dinner at Soros's House

Shia LaBeouf was interviewed by Aaron Task at Tech Ticker and said he turned 20k into 650k when he started trading at a Schwab office in California. The movie comes out tomorrow in theaters. I found a video on the Wall Street 2 Youtube channel with Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas), Shia LaBeouf and Josh Brolin talking about credit default swaps at dinner, lol.

I can`t really see it matter if he is Jewish or not, for these bloodline families "bloodline = genetics is the most important factor regardless of race etc.

for example, let's consider child actors in hollywood that Spielberg has taken "under his wing".

Drew Barrymore - Spielberg's ET - Became drug addict.
Heather O'Rourke - Spielberg's Poltergeist - Died mysterously aged 12.
Corey Feldman - Spielberg's Goonies - Became drug addict.
River Phoenix - Spielberg's Young Indiana Jones - Died from drugs.
Haley Joel Osment - Spielberg's A.I. - Numerous drug incidents.
Shia LeBeouf - Spielberg's Indiana Jones 4 - Numerous drug incidents.

Did I miss anyone? Just not a good idea to be in a Spielberg movie as a young actor.

No I don't think so, but these child stars tend to go off the rails when they're older...not even drugs, just the insantiy of being exploited from a young age and living in that false bubble of fame.

Another thing about a lot of the Hollywood kids is a lot of them are "home schooled"; not that it's necessarily sinister to be home schooled, it isn't, but a large number of these kids never went to regular schools, they were home schooled, tutored on set, and usually moved around a lot as kids. Very few have had regular childhoods.

I swear most of these kids are bred in the Hollywood system, maybe kids who were born to young actresses that weren't shown to be pregnant in order to mainatin an image. Or simply just bred to be in the entertainment business like drones.
