Beldezar , one way of narrowing down the time , depending how old your mum is and the memory isnt fading is to ask did dad wet my head when i was born ? did he have to wait for the pubs to open , was it morning afternoon evening ? had she eaten any meal breakfast dinner etc . That usually helps .A good astrologer can calculate the time by significant events in your life .Each house represents roughly 6 years of your life and if you look at each one and compare events then you can try and work it from there .Take 12 noon as a start point .Another good largely free programe is www.astro.com .

The moon sign is the zodiacal sign the moon was in at the time of your birth. Apparently its to do with aspects of the mind itself and is more relevant comparing moon signs of people to see if they are romantically compatible, than comparing the sun sign.

The rising sign or ascendant is the zodiacal sign on the eastern horizon at the time of birth.

Because I do not have your exact time of birth I can not give you a detailed report, mainly your Rising (which is basically the "mask you wear", how you are preceived and interact with others- very simply put) for it changes every hour. I also can not get into all the aspect (Conjunct, SemiSquare, Opposition, Sesquiquadrate, Square, Semi-Sextile, Trine, Quincunx, Sextile-ect...). Additionally ,the houses also change as the hours go by, which are also VERY important.

You can still get a close to accurate chart if you know your birth time within half an hour. But you wouldn't have the exact degrees of position.

But if you just want to know what signs your planets are in, or your ascendent and general aspects, you could get all that info from a chart with an estimate close to birth time. The moon is the only planet that would move fast enough to be off.
Of course if you have planets right on the cusps of signs you might not be able to know for sure what sign they are in.

Oh how about baby books...you know those books moms put together with momentos of when you were born? Sometimes they write the time in there as it is fresh in the memory. But I imagine it is on file somewhere, like I said in the US there is the Bureau of Vital Statistics.

your pluto is rising and is in its own sign (scorpio) making an opposing angle with venus. i'm not sure how to interpret this but that's quite a strong (and possibly difficult for you) effect in your chart.

yes there are other strong aspects too but that one just strike me right away. actually your moon might reveal more on this, especially if it has aspects (angles) with pluto/asc/venus. i don't have time now but i think it's worth looking at.

i also used to study astrology many years ago but my interest slowly faded away and i forgot how to interpret things. i still see the important aspects in a horoscope though.

Not at all, actually it's the name of my clothing line I am starting. The name sounds dark but I mean it in that most people live in the dark (not knowing what is going on). The shades I plan to use are in black, grey, white and maybe a hint of color. To kind of go with the theme.

I wont be able to really start it (I have all the mock ups done) until after my final (I think) internship this fall, which is in Sweden (The mecca of brilliant, new, out there, fashion design, Denmark included).
