People forget that all these official speeches are carefully designed to maintain the illusion of authority by using podiums with official looking seals and flags or official buildings in the background. When we see behind the scenes of this stage play they are exposed and some of this illusion disappears.

He he he he, that was hilarious, what a dodgy character he is, if I just saw him standing around in the bushes like that and didn't know who he was, I'd call the police (well not really, Id get out of there quick):D
