Anyone know where i can find a copy of Maurice Cotterells "the supergods"?

I can only find it in hardcover for 30$ and used paperback for 40$. a bit more than i can afford.

I read his collaberation with Adrian Gilbert "the mayan prophecies" and his evidence towards the rise and fall of civilizations relating to the suns activities was fascinating. So now i need to start at the beginning and read all of his stuff.

shipping brought it up to more than i wanted to spend, but it was still cheaper than from the US.
