I have always loved music, but at times I havent felt comfortable with it and I was never sure why, was it because it was off beat or that the tune wasnt quite perfect, I couldnt work it out. Anyway, I think I know now. Music has the ability to connect with the soul somehow IMO and I feel that we all have been brainwashed into not making the connection with the soul/oneness and it made me uncomfortable with the music (even though I loved it). Since my awakening process began, I feel differently.
I no longer have feelings of guilt/anxiety (which made me unable to relax) whilst listening to some nice song/music.
Music is an EXTREMELY powerful medium and just imagine how our message could get across if we could write a song which REALLY touched the soul of the sheeple and woke them up :)

I think 2Pac did it and he would've gotten much further in doing it if he would just live

That parahubda guy doesnt only talk like fraud... he even looks like fraud
Watch the weird face gesture it does look nothing but spirituality.
I don't want to open another discussion with you pilgrim but Osho at lease has that relaxed look on him.. Even if it was acting, at least it seems authentic.
He is so uptight.. I think he is on speed or something :D
Nah but seriously you are annoying (at least to me) with integrating your guru in threads, that dont even talk about him or his subject.
Your thread about the "ipod nation" was good though, it does maybe fit with paras view but its neutral and not like a missionary thing

There is no "weird face gesture" as the link is audio only!
You did'nt even click the link did you?
Anyway, a spiritual teacher is judged by their words and actions, not by their physical appearance.

LOL!
Many times on various threads you have accused Prabhupada of being a "fraud", "con-man", "sex-guru", etc.
But you failed to provide a single scrap of evidence for your accusations, so you resorted to dirty, childish name-calling.

On the other hand, Osho/Bhagwan has been proved to be a very nasty con-man, criminal and facilitator of child-abuse.
(See the thread that you started: http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23301)

But you still say that Osho is authentic because "he looks relaxed" when he is lying.
You DESERVE a "guru" like Osho. The cheater and the cheated. ;)

He is so uptight.. I think he is on speed or something :D
Prabhupada never took ANY drugs, not even tea, coffee or prescription medicines!

Your avatar shows your mentality - Trapped in a little mental box, banging your head against the wall. :)

pilgrim you remind me of my distant cousin, he is also fanatic but into another kind of religios spiritual group. And I always loved to provoke him.. it worked again and again.. A few sentences which didn't fit his strong believes and I got him doing a long talk..
Unfortunately he moved to Dubai, but you're doin good as replacement:eek:

discussing beliefs with someone who thinks everyone should take over the believe in something/body is a waste of time, so I nevery got into detail with him and I won't do it with you aswell
You know what? I am crazy.. But you know what else? I don't give a F*ck

You can't "get into details" because you are an immature, retarded fool, with no intelligence and zero proof for your ridiculous accusations.
As anybody who reads your previous posts can see:
Eg: http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showpost.php?p=326440&postcount=72

I will not waste any more time talking to a "no-hoper" like you.
There are some very intelligent people on this forum, but you are certainly not one of them!
So, just get on with your ignorant, so-called life and stop bothering me with your narrow-minded, dumbass comments! :)

Fair enough, but why should we put up with immature, lying fools like amar7 who is constantly making offensive accusations with nothing to back them up?

Rather than ruin somebody's thread, sometimes its better to simply not respond to certain posts.

But if a post is personally abusive you can always report it to the moderators by using the "report a post" function.

I think Conscious Reggae is a very spiritual music.
I listened to it daily for years in my youth.
It was (& still is) a great help in my "awakening" :)

Steevo, I know what your saying...I believe music can change the world completely.

Wild Stalions rules!

Unfortunatly right now music is little better than modern art. There are a few good pieces here and there but they are focussed upon fame and recognition far more than music. I think before there is a revolution on music, there needs to be a revolution in the mind.

The USSR banned certain types of music that was inspirational. I'm sure there is truth to it...I guess what we've done is not ban the music which will naturally turn into a rebelion. We've just dumbed it down.
