Something trying to rip my soul off???

3 days ago I've had the experience at night, that something was trying to lift my soul out of my body, during a strange blue light and a deep sound. I once read in this forum to stay calm and spread light and so I did it. First I felt that it lifted my husbands soul as well and I desperately grapped his hand. All of a sudden everything stopped. I felt peaceful and happy, some "passed-the-exam"-feeling. I didn't know if I was awake or sleeping.
Last night I felt the same, something trying to lift my soul, and I again started to calm and fill myself with golden light, but then it just WRENCHED at it and even seemed to shake it, that's the best way I can explain it. Man, that was horrifying... It seemed to last for hours to me, but at the end it let go and I was left scared in bed. A few seconds later my husband moved, which was unusual because he normally sleeps deep and through all night, but he didn't notice anything. Of course, he never does. ;) But perhaps he sensed those intense energies?
Have you had similar experiences?

From what u are describing it sounds to me like ur astral body is lifting out . Which is completely normal and happends alot but most are unaware. Some people it is hard to do but some like my self can with a little effort at times and some its so easy . So thiers nothing trying to steal ur soul its a natural occurance .

I have experiences like this quite regularly and have been since I was about 15. Feeling like I'm being lifted out of my body, or being held down in my bed by something heavy, an intense piercing shrieking type sound, usually just in my right ear, people calling my name, again usually only in my right ear, intense 'buzzing' sensation in my skull etc.

I've always put it down to sleep paralysis and quite enjoy it! Something a bit different innit?

Astral projection does not feel forced (externally) and it does not induce the feeling that your soul is being ripped out of your body-this is what occurs when a reptilian/other parasitic entity attaches and feeds.

I have read up and practiced astral techniques, even had some apparent success with some of my experiments over the years.

This night-time stuff feels different, less controlled, quite scary in an exciting way. I still consider them to be symptoms of sleep paralysis though - too much of a scientific thinker I'm afraid!

Well, that or I'm being psychically attacked - one or the other! ;)

Of course, that could be it! I know that I'm guided by a group, and I guess I thought that they would show up and tell me what they are going to do before taking me somewhere.... :o I guess they invited me for a travel.
binhdinh_khiwarrior, do you have experience with possessions? Or how come you can help? No offence, of course, I'm just curious!
