Undersea Internet cables cut... again?

Two ships have been impounded in Dubai after satellite images indicated that they may have been responsible for the damage to undersea cables which left large parts of the Middle East without proper internet access.

Middle East without Internet or at least with very reduced speeds. Sounds suspicious.

yeah was talking with my brother in Saudi Arabia on skype and the connection was a bit hairy. he said they expected it to be fixed in a week

It seems odd that these events have happened so close to each other. And even the official media are not pretending tha this isn't the work of human hands.
