According to a lot of christians we'ew going to hell. The unbelievers, fornicators, murderes, whoremongers and all liars. Their lot shall be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone.

I always thought that if people like this we're going to be in Heaven, I'd sooner go to Hell. That's where all my friends will be apparently, lots of wise, compassionate, non-judgmental people relaxing in Hell.

I haven't found any New Age belief which believe in a hell just continuos reincarnation on Earth.

You are correct. The Bhagavatam clearly describes the "patalas" where folks get their only light from the jewels on the heads of gigantic snakes. These are places where folks can indulge in any pleasure they desire and lives are extremely long, maybe thousands or hundreds of thousands of years BUT nobody is interested in knowing their creator and death has not been vanquished.

In fact, this world is the middle ground between these two distinct theories of existance: carnal pleasure vs. spiritual pleasure. Spiritual pleasure has to do with knowing your creator at the expense of giving up your worldly desires.

Hell is a place where your desires are all satisfied.

Yes, but those who don't ascend will perish! Some religious versions think it's Buddhism and Hinduism describes being caught up in the cycle of reincarnation is akin to hell.

Seems to be a possible theme connecting all these ideas, just different stories. Christ conciousness ( New Age ) Illumined man, ( Masonry/Mystery schools ) ascended masters, ( Theosophy/NewAge ) liberation from reincarnation/karmic debts liberation via good karma, correct spiritual practices, enlightenment, illumined/illumination ( Hinduism/New Age )

Personally I don't subscribe to Jesus the messiah etc or the 2012 New Age ascention.

There is no supreme lord.

We are all part of this life ocean, and none is better/supreme then the other. There is only experience, negative and positive.

Gods and lords are used to justify and convert the world to people's liking.

I don't rule the existence of people like Jesus or Buddha out, but if they existed its definately ignorant people who created religions about them, to gain more mass control, and put some 'god' figure on the throne.

It's this world of matter(satan), which disconnects us from spirit(soul=god), that is our problem. In this world of matter, we view mostly things with our 5 senses and think ''I am body'' ''I am number'' ''I am name'' ''I am this supreme'' ''I am women'' '' I am man'' ''I am great'' This is all disharmony from spirit, and all of them are TEMPORARY, while your soul has none of those, has no gender, no 'sins', and is immortal.

Hmmm yes since childhood I had these simmilar "feelings" you might call, I went to church and it did feel wrong in some ways, while not evil of course but something was off.

That's a good link you post there;) Have to agree with much of it, only the thing I don't like is god being used as person, but it gets explained there we all are part of it. We are all part of this infinite consciouness/ocean/love.
My problem is always the personification of some god figure, it misleads people so much and makes them afraid while the truth is just love and negative experiences aren't just some devil, it's your choice and we all have to understand we can't process if we have not experienced the negative on our way. Even the biggest criminal, peadophile, blooddrinking reptile or whatever has a chance to be cleansed and ascend to higher states. We better not judge others, we have no idea what we've been through ourselves.
