Information on Flouride?

Hi everyone I just subscribed here so Im sorry if I missed a horribly obvious thread about this topic but I just wondered what information anyone could give me about flouride in the water.
Basically, in college Ive got to do a talk on a health related issue so I chose flouride in the water and Im just looking for as much information as possible. Does anyone know of any good references or sources of information on the topic?
