Horny goat weed is definitely a great natural aphrodisiac. I've read that there are some studies that seem to indicate that it might even work better for some than Viagra. It's said to work well for both men and women in terms to increasing libido, and can also help men get more out of their workouts, due to increased levels of testosterone. You do need to be careful though, because it is a stimulant, it can increase heart rate and such if taken in excess. I'd just stick with the recommendations on the bottle.
