birthmark holes above my ears

Does anybody know what this means? I was born with a small hole above my ear on each side. It looks like ive had piercings done but I havent I was born with them. Sometimes horrible stuff leaks out of them its gross. I cant find much info on the web, other than they tend to be prevelant in more asian backgrounds. My biological dad was half chinese half english:confused:

that leakage is probably and infection get it check with doctor may be serious so if any leakage near my brain id be very worried if i could get a picture i could tell you more.
