No that link doesn't work. Not that I need it:p But i must say mine happen randomly, I don't know if I would want to force it. Most of these things don't work. I just think you can either do it or you can't. If you can have lucid dreams, you know the ones where you can control them? Then you are more than likely to astral travel. Although people shouldn't confuse the two. The best way to have lucid dreams though is to listen to a hypnotherapy cd or something, you can astral travel from a lucid dream, but not all the time.
Lucid dreams are amazing, they are realer than life. Astral travelling is where you are in the astral body and you can travel where you like basically, through walls etc. I've just mastered that tecnique, i was to scared to go through walls before for fear of getting stuck etc.:eek: lol
There are also out of body experiences which are different still, although astravelling takes you out of your body, you actually see things slightly different that the real world (colours etc) just slight things are different. But a propper OBE, everything is how you would see it in everyday life:eek: And they can be pretty scary like when you see yourself in bed etc.
Im only talking from experience of course, but once you have mastered the tecnique it is the most amazing thing ever.:D
